Volunteer
Our store is managed by one full-time employee and staffed by volunteers. This system allows us to return as much of our profit as possible directly to artisans and farmers while working toward making the organization self-sustaining.
We are also excited to welcome our first off-site sales coordinator. This expanded initiative will help us build capacity; increasing the amount of support we provide to artisans around the world.
